Making a purchase on our website could not be easier. Just vist our website and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that enable us to complete your order.
We accept credit card payments and paypal. If you are shopping internationally or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your local currency.
We accept Visa Amx and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.
Delivery Information
Here at www.megafancydress.co.uk we offer following easy to use delivery options in order to meet your desired delivery date at the lowest cost option to suit.
Standard delivery Option First class recorded 1- 3 working days ...... UK only
First class recorded delivery offers up to £30 insurance cover
Special next day delivery. Special delivery offers up to £500 insurance cover
Parcel lost until 21 working days from dispatch
Delivery schedules are based on shipping to UK mainland addresses.
Any orders placed after 3.30 may not not be processed until the following day.
Some Costumes may take slightly longer so please allow an extra 2 working days for delivery or call us for stock availability.
All the above are dependant upon product availability. .
Availability
If a product that you have ordered is unavailable we will endeavour to contact you, using the details provided by you (please make sure that your contact details are correct), with an alternative or the option to cancel your order in full. Any refund will be automatically processed.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
International Delivery.
We deliver international orders using Royal Mail International signed for which includes insurance and tracking.
International signed for offers upto £30 cover. If you require more cover please e-mail us.
The delivery cost is dependent upon the weight of your order and the destination country. Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these charges will be and Magic Toyz is not responsible for them.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added.
Returns Policy
To return a faulty product contact us by email info@megafancydress.co.uk or telephone to inform us of your wish to return faulty products. We may allocate you with a returns code which should be included with the package to improve processing of your return. Also include your full contact information and order number with your return, and wrap the package securely.
We recommend you send any returns recorded as we are not liable for lost returns. The cost of the return postage will be the customers' liability. We will replace faulty products with the same product or refund back to a credit card if the product is no longer available. Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 3 days from receipt of goods.
Returning a non faulty item. If you are not happy with any product you have ordered and received from ourselves, then you may return them to us within 3 days for either an exchange, credit note or refund less a 25% restocking fee. If you choose to exchange the unwanted item for an exchange totalling higher than your original, then you will be liable to pay the difference. Postage costs do not constitute as part of the credit note.
Wigs cannot be returned unless unused due to hygiene reasons. Faulty wigs should be returned indicating the fault clearly. Any wig found not to be faulty will be returned to you.
All non-faulty returned goods will only be accepted if in the same condition as they were sent out, i.e. in original packaging with all relevant materials enclosed. Any non-faulty returns that are not received in this way will be sent back to you at your cost or held pending contact. You will be emailed regarding this status
No replacement items or credit notes can be dispatched until the returned items have been received by us. Please allow upto 28 days for any refunds to appear on the card paid by.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, we do not get to see any of our customer details as its stays with paypal 100% secure website.
Privacy Policy Magic Toyz Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Remittance Terms Payment is taken when the order has been accept online, if however goods are found to be out of stock or have not been despatch within 36 hours we shall contact you, giving you the option of a full refund of your payment or a replacement item option.
